1. Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment. We only ship within Indian Borders.

2. How long does it take to process my order?

Since every product on the website is personalised, it takes 6-8 days to dispatch. At the time of festivals or heavy orders, this may take longer.

3. What if I wish to return my product?

All the listed products fall under no return/exchange policy. If in case any defective or damaged product is received by you, kindly contact our team within 48 hours of receiving the product. If found correctly claimed, we shall arrange for a replacement.

4. Can I cancel my order after placing it?   

The order can only be cancelled if it has not been processed. Kindly contact our team and check with the status of your order.

5. What if I want a customised order or a bulk order?

We will be most happy to serve your customised needs. Please contact our team and we shall provide customised or bulk products exactly according to your needs.

6. Why don't you offer COD?

Since all the products are customised, a prepayment is required to process the order further.

7. How much time will it take my order to reach me after it is disptached?

It usually takes 2-4 working days to reach the order at customer's address. It may take longer if it is posted on remote locations served only by India post.
